We are seeking an experienced Lead MLOps/AI Engineer to join our expanding AI-driven product development and solutions delivery team. In this position, you will provide technical leadership in AI-driven product development and play a pivotal role in scaling and industrializing AI applications. The role involves designing, deploying, and delivering production-grade AI solutions, collaborating with teams in Switzerland, and promoting innovation.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will lead the design, deployment, and operation of AI products in production. This position requires technical expertise in MLOps, infrastructure optimization, and collaboration between product and engineering teams.

  • Design, deploy, and manage scalable ML & AI production systems
  • Establish MLOps, CI/CD, and model lifecycle standards
  • Monitor and address data/model drift for reliability
  • Optimize data pipelines, APIs, and distributed systems
  • Work with stakeholders in Agile teams
  • Mentor and guide team members for technical quality

Your Skills

MLOps Engineering
  • Experience deploying ML models in production
  • Skilled in CI/CD pipeline construction
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes or similar systems

We need an experienced Lead SW Engineer to guide our AI-driven product development and solutions delivery team. The role involves designing, deploying, and delivering production-grade AI solutions, collaborating with teams in Switzerland, and promoting innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include technical leadership in an Agile environment, translating requirements into reliable solutions, and cross-functional collaboration. While focused on software engineering and system architecture for Reliability Management Solutions, experience with MLOps and production ML systems is highly desirable.

  • Oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable software systems
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers, fostering team growth and ensuring high standards of technical quality
  • Champion engineering best practices: clean code, maintainability, comprehensive testing, CI/CD, documentation, and operational readiness
  • Support informed technical decisions by assessing trade-offs related to scalability, reliability, performance, maintainability, and delivery constraints
  • Collaborate effectively with product owners, engineers, subject matter experts, and domain specialists within Agile environments
  • Convert functional and non-functional requirements into actionable technical solutions

In this role, you will support the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models in production, working alongside experienced engineers and collaborating with teams in Switzerland.

The candidate will assist in the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of ML models and AI pipelines. This position is ideal for someone with a background in machine learning who is eager to bridge the gap between data science and production engineering.

  • Support the deployment of ML models to production environments

  • Support the setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
